In the beginning stages of developing your intuition, it's important to establish a regular meditation practice. 

Here are 4 steps to help you get started: 

#1. Intention - Set the intention that you want to learn how to meditate. 

#2. Schedule - Choose a specific uninterrupted 20 minute time frame in your schedule. Then, add it to your calendar, daily.

#3. Space - Choose a specific location where your daily meditations will take place.  This space is your sacred space. You can create your sacred space in any way that feels great to you i.e. candles, journals, oracle cards, flower essences, essential oils, etc. 

#4. Show up - Every day, set the intention that you want to learn how to meditate and arrive at your sacred space at your scheduled time. Then, sit down, prepare yourself with a mantra or a guided meditation, set your timer for 20 minutes, close your eyes and begin.

Learning how to meditate is the first step in learning how to develop your intuition. 

By incorporating a regular, meditation practice into your daily routine, you're establishing a foundation for your intuitive journey to come.
